Our guides are experienced and are familiar with both Jewish history and Jewish culture in all its forms. Their approach is tolerant and supportive.

Do I have to purchase medical / travel insurance?

How do you deal with Covid-19?

We will always follow the latest guidelines and never deviate from them. If there are participants who would like to implement stricter measures, we will meet the level required by the participants.

Can a group bring its own guide?

Yes, gladly. We believe that a person who is accepted by a group and knows it well can be a better guide.

Can a group decide on its own route?

Yes, and its better that way. The journeys that appear on the site are examples of journeys we ran in the past and we continue to run today. We will always strive to create an experience that is tailored to your wishes, the nature of the group, and the age of the participants and so on.

What about kosher food?

Our journeys are either kosher style, kosher or glatt kosher, according to the participants’ choice and the nature of the group.

Is there any small print?

No, we state everything clearly and nothing is hidden.

Does the experience include Jewish culture and food?

Yes, both.

Is it possible to have a medical attendant accompany the group at each destination?

Yes. Both privately and as part of the services the group may request.

Are you prepared to take care of special needs? Can you provide accessories like a wheelchair, hiker chairs and the like?

Yes. We are attentive to the special needs of all participants in our experiences, and consider it our duty to allow every person, at every age and with any special needs to go through the experience with us.

Is it possible to participate only in part of the experience?

Yes, some routes are flexible and allow for this.

Can you arrange my arrival before the group arrives or my stay after the end of the group tour, for a personal a family genealogy experience?

Yes, gladly.

Is it possible to have a family genealogy experience at the same time as a group tour?

Yes. We will plan the visit together with you, so that you leave the group and return to it for further group activities.

Will something accompany me?

Yes. We will provide you with an English or Spanish speaking guide who will be with you throughout your private visit.

What happens on a Jewish heritage experience?

our Jewish Experience tours includes genealogy tourism trip that can be life-changing experiences. We are offering an in –depth genealogy research preparation and according to the details given to us, you will arrive at the birthplace of your family members, if these have been preserved. You will see their home, synagogue, school / yeshiva, cemetery and possibly even family gravestones.

In addition, if possible, we will make copies of various documents, such as birth certificates, identity cards, graduation certificates and more.

The genealogy research service is subject to an additional fee.

A Jewish heritage experience lets participants, whether individuals, families or groups, meet their personal history and the places where it was formed. They encounter family memories and their parents or grandparents’ stories, the stories that have passed down through generations and create direct connections between them.
