We at the "Jewish Experience Travel," ("JET") are pleased to offer our meaningful experiences to our loyal customers.
Prices are per person in U.S. dollars based on double occupancy and a minimum of 20 full-paying participants per group. Should the number of participants drop below the minimum listed above, the cost of the trip will be adjusted to reflect the additional operational costs for the program, or the group will be canceled.
Prices include accommodation, transportation, meals and beverages, mineral water on board the shuttle, special requests ordered for the group in advance, entrance fees to all sights, luggage handling, local guides, drivers, and the tour guide/educator.
Prices do not include flights, travel insurance, tips, personal expenses, and any additional service which was not expressly included and priced in a detailed service order, signed and approved by JET.
Payment policy:
Our current payment policy is detailed below. We reserve the right to modify our payment policy, including with respect to cancelation policies and initial deposits. We will notify the participants of any relevant modification.
Terms of Payment:
1. An initial and non-transferable deposit of $500 per person will be paid at the time of reservation. The deposit is non-refundable unless IE cancels the group.
2. The remaining payment will be paid 90 days before the scheduled departure date or on the day specified in your invoice.
Cancelation policy:
In case of booking cancellation by the group or an individual, JET shall be entitled to receive compensation for the unpaid costs as follows:
1.In case of booking cancellation 90 or more days before the departure date, JET will charge a cancellation fee in the deposit amount.
2.In case of booking cancellation within 46 to 89 days before the departure date, JET will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the entire tour cost.
3.In case of booking cancellation 45 days or less before the departure date, JET will retain 100% of the entire tour cost.
All cancelations must be made in writing. In case of a failure to appear ("no show"), JET will charge 100% of the entire tour cost.
Travel insurance:
We advise our clients that travel insurance is NOT included in the tour price. We, therefore, strongly recommend that our customers purchase their own travel insurance for the entire duration of the trip. Please discuss land, air, and health insurance options with your insurance provider.
Choices of accommodation:
Rooms offered will be in the standard category unless otherwise expressly noted in the service invoice.
We endeavor to provide the best available hotels for the best value. Although the level of accommodation may differ slightly between one hotel and the next, we are committed to your comfort.
We reserve the right to substitute rooms ordered for other rooms of equal standard.
No refunds will be made due to differences between hotel prices.
Special requests such as room selections, bed types, and smoking preferences are subject to availability depending on the sole discretion of the hotel's management on a run-of-house basis.
Hotel check-in time is generally not before 3:00 p.m., and checkout time is usually before noon. In case of a late-night flight, please make sure to secure a late check out until you are ready to leave for the airport. Please note that late checkouts are subject to availability and involve additional charges. These amounts shall be charged directly by the hotels and are not included in the tour price. Please bear in mind that additional charges may also apply for luggage storage and safekeeping if late checkout is unavailable. Any such charges are not included in the tour price.
